Our Story
Our Founder Maharshi Vyas has served Career Development Services of 2 IIMs (Indian Institute of Management Nagpur and Indian Institute of Management Udaipur) for more than five years and left cushy job to started this venture with vision to provide 1-1 career development services at scale. India’s first all in one Career development app- Career Compass.
Maharshi Vyas has been a founding team player of Career Development services at IIM Nagpur and placed the first five batches of IIM Nagpur students and establishing a strong foundation for PGPX program placements at IIM Udaipur. He has helped several institute to launch their Executive Degree programs for working professionals and placed 1000+ MBAs. Before his tenure at IIMs, he excelled in global staffing consulting, placing senior consultants with Fortune 100 clients.
